I built this because I could not hire another me.
I run Soul Mamas Catering here in Mudgee. Seven years of weddings for 200, a food trailer, quotes at 10pm and invoices chased between school runs. Four kids. One set of hands.

Do I need to be good with tech?
No. If you can send a text message and copy and paste, you can start. Everything is explained in plain English, one job at a time. The systems work on your phone or tablet and are built around your life and business, not the other way round.
Is it safe to put my business into an AI tool?
Some of it, never all of it. AI tools are not the place for passwords, payment details, private health information or anything you would not want shared. You will learn exactly what never goes in, and how to check everything before it goes out. Safety is a step built into the method, not a promise.
Can AI run my business for me?
No, and anyone who tells you it can is selling something. AI is useful for repeatable drafting, sorting, summarising and planning. You stay responsible for judgement, relationships, facts and final decisions.
